Oven-baked ratatouille
Esta ratatouille al horno es un plato fácil y repleto de verduras. Berenjena, calabacín y tomate se colocan en una fuente para hornear junto con una sencilla salsa de tomate. El horno se encarga del resto. Está deliciosa como plato principal vegetariano acompañada de pan, pero también es ideal como guarnición. ¡Y gracias a las capas de verduras, tiene una pinta estupenda!
