Chia pudding with acai and berries

- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 dl milk
- 2 ss akasiehonning
- 100g acaipuré
- 100g raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1.5 dl yoghurt
- 1 - 2 tablespoons honey
Method · 6 h 10 min
- Place chia seeds in two large glasses.
- Add milk and honey, and stir well.
- Let the mixture stand for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, so that the chia seeds do not clump together at the beginning of the swelling.
- Cover the jars with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until the next day.
- Put acai puree, frozen raspberries, banana and yogurt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and adjust with more liquid if needed. Season with honey.
- Take the chia puddings out of the fridge and pour some acai smoothie on top. Top with berries and muesli.
Chia pudding is a simple breakfast or lunch that is both filling and tasty. Perfect when you want to vary from slices of bread or oatmeal! It can also be enjoyed as a healthier dessert. Chia pudding can be made with many different toppings, and acai, blueberries and granola are just one of the countless possibilities. Use whatever fruit you have lying around, or try strawberries or raspberries for a new combination. Tip: You can also add acai powder or other flavorings to the chia pudding.
