The appetite for plant protein is growing worldwide due to consumer interest in alternative proteins, awareness of the benefits of plant-based diets, and the environmental impact of animal agriculture.

ICL: A leading manufacturer of specialty minerals and food elements, has developed a portfolio of plant-based protein elements for plant-based meat and vegan dairy.
