Healthy Doner (with Video)

Method of preparation

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • chicken fillet - 250 g
  • cucumber - 200 g
  • tomatoes - 200 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • lavash - 2 pieces, 30 cm
  • yogurt - 200 g
  • lemon - 1/2
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • honey - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves

Method · 20 min
  1. Take a bowl and put the yogurt, mustard, honey, squeeze half a lemon, season with salt and pepper, and add finely chopped garlic. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator while you prepare the other things.
  2. Cut the chicken into thin julienne strips, place it in a bowl, and season it with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, mix well, and leave for 5-10 minutes. During this time, cut the cucumber into thin julienne strips and the tomato into thin crescents, and salt them.
  3. Place the pan over high heat and when hot, add the chicken - cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. After removing the chicken, crack the eggs into the same pan and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Take a bread, spread it with sauce, then put some chicken, eggs and vegetables in the center, fold it up by pushing it forward, cut through the middle and that's it. Enjoy my healthy doner kebabs.
