Puff pastry strudel with caramelized apples

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • Body
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 15 g Butter
  • Apricot jam (or whatever you prefer)
  • Powdered sugar

Peel and cut the apples into small pieces.

In a pan, caramelize the sugar, add the apples and butter and let it glaze for 2 minutes.

Once ready, roll out the puff pastry, spread the jam in the center and add the caramelized apples.

Using a knife, cut strips along the sides of the puff pastry and seal the strudel.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 20 minutes.

Once ready, sprinkle with icing sugar.
