Let's start by cleaning the fillet from excess fat and massage it with paprika, pepper and salt.
Let's heat a drizzle of AGRIDIS EVO oil in our Pietrella pan and brown the fillet well on all sides
then add the previously peeled and chopped apples, let them soften for a couple of minutes on a high flame
then we add the Marsala and let the alcohol evaporate
we remove the handle of our stone and bake for 12 minutes at 220°
In the meantime, clean the chard and blanch it in boiling water for 3 minutes and place it in a bowl with water and ice.
Let's sauté them in a pan with oil, garlic and salt for a few minutes
We cut the feta into cubes, remove our fillet from the oven and plate it, adding the feta and chard.
