Recipe for a simple chicken pot pie made in a pressure cooker, submitted by Dayana Andrade

1. Dough: Mix the flour with the margarine until it no longer sticks to your hands.

  • 500 g of wheat flour
  • 250 g of margarine
  • Chicken stuffing cooked in a pressure cooker
  • 500g of chicken breast fillet
  • Fresh herbs to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • tomato extract to taste
  • Onion cream to taste (optional)
  • 1/2 bouillon cube
  • 1 this
Method · 2 h
  1. Mix the flour with the margarine until it no longer sticks to your hands.
  2. I let the dough rest for a while.
  3. I put the crushed garlic in with a little oil.
  4. Sauté the chicken breast.
  5. Add the onion and let it cook for exactly 15 minutes maximum.
  6. Next, remove the chicken broth, close the pot again and stir a few times.
  7. The chicken comes out practically shredded.
  8. Super practical.
  9. Note: Wait about 10 minutes for the pressure to release before removing the broth and shaking.
  10. Add the extract, herbs, and a little onion cream and broth.
  11. Wait for it to cool down.
  12. Spread the dough on the baking sheet and add the filling.
  13. Using another piece of fabric, make the top part to cover it.
  14. Brush with an egg yolk beaten with a little oil or olive oil to brown.
