Procedure

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix first with a spoon, then, when the dough begins to thicken, start kneading by hand.

The dough you need to obtain is smooth and workable, if you need to help yourself with a little Mix B Pane Schär flour on the work surface.

Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes covered with a tea towel.

At this point, roll out your piada with a rolling pin, giving it a fairly thin circular shape.

Here in a hot non-stick pan for a few minutes on each side, turning occasionally when you see the mixture starting to bubble.

All you have to do is fill your piadina however you like!
