- Season the meat with Maras salt.
- Heat the Samsung Mirror Look kitchen iron.
- Add butter and rosemary for flavoring, and cook the mixed vegetables. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the chorizo sausages and mushrooms. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the seasoned meat to the desired doneness. Add butter and rosemary during cooking.
- Serve with potatoes, chimichurri and glazed carrots.
TIPS
- Glazed carrots are prepared by cooking 200g of carrots and then glazing them with 100g of honey and 5g of cinnamon, until they are shiny and caramelized.
