  • ELABORATION
Method
  1. In a saucepan with olive oil, fry the small steaks at medium temperature until golden brown.
  2. For the ratatouille, dice the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and eggplant, and sauté them separately in a pan until softened. Add the tomato to the same pan, then add the sautéed vegetables and let the mixture cook over low heat. Season to taste.
  3. We serve the fried churrasquitos with the ratatouille.

Traditional livestock farming practices, now supported by strict ecological and animal welfare certifications, play a crucial role in keeping people in rural areas, preventing forest fires, and preserving biodiversity in our ecosystems.

This is a high-quality, accessible product that stands out for its incredible ease of preparation, effortlessly adapting to the pace of modern life. Thanks to a profound renewal of the sector, current marketing focuses on quicker, fresher, and more versatile individual cuts—such as leg steaks, premium burgers, or kebabs—ideal for cleanly and quickly integrating into everyday menus, leading to dishes like these Fried Lamb Chops with Ratatouille, based on a recipe provided by the Interprofessional Agri-food Organization for Sheep and Goats (INTEROVIC).
