Deciding what to eat every week can be quite a challenge. To ensure you don't put the same dishes on the table every week, we love to inspire you with handy weekly menus. This week, we are focusing on three of our favorites: pasta, mushrooms, and pumpkin. Happy autumn everyone!
Need more inspiration? Then check out all the weekly menus.
Monday
Don't be alarmed: this pumpkin gnocchi has virtually nothing to do with Italian cuisine. You would hardly believe it, but the best pasta recipes aren't necessarily found in Italy. So where are they? Just take a look!
Tuesday
As soon as you taste this salad, you’ll understand immediately: this is one of those dishes that is so good you’d love to put it on the table every week. Crispy rice, spicy mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and a creamy peanut sauce make this a meal that feels like comfort food, but is nutritious and light.
Wednesday
How do you bring Italian and Indian cuisine together? We show you in this macaroni casserole filled with minced meat, pomodoro peanut butter sauce, vegetables, and a crispy crust of Parmesan and peanuts.
Thursday
Sometimes dishes come along that make us doubt as well: will it be tasty? That is what we felt, for example, with pasta all'assassina: a classic pasta dish from Puglia consisting of crispy, almost burnt spaghetti in a spicy tomato sauce. That doubt has now been dispelled once and for all: pasta all'assassina is delicious!
Friday
Our mouths watered at the thought of this delicious vegetarian/vegan ramen with miso, pumpkin, and tofu. And guess what? It is even tastier than we suspected. A flavor bomb that will delight every ramen lover. And: it is healthy, too.
Saturday
This vegetarian mushroom curry recipe may not win any beauty contests, but we don't care. As always, the taste is what counts. And the taste in this mushroom masala—this is how you would find it in India—is more than excellent.
Sunday
In autumn and winter, we find nothing cozier than baking this divine pumpkin cake in the kitchen. Light the candles, put on some music, and the reward is that you get to sink your teeth into this spiced pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting and bacon.
