Chez Max: French pastry shop with croissants that conquered Barra da Tijuca

Founded in December 2022, the bakery brings the authenticity of French baking to Barra da Tijuca.

The store has a mouthwatering display case, featuring a Viennoiserie line with meticulously buttery layers and unparalleled crunchiness, such as: Pain au chocolat & Pain aux raisins (French classics R$16), the croissant (R$12) that has conquered the neighborhood in savory and sweet versions, and also a mini line perfect for events.

Also noteworthy are the delicious artisanal breads, such as the baguette (R$18), rustic gorgonzola and walnut bread (R$26) and ciabatta (R$16). The macarons (R$8) are the little jewels of the confectionery, in addition to other delights such as the pavlova (R$23), the bittersweet chocolate mousse (R$16), a recipe from Max's grandmother, and the entremet (chocolate praline and bittersweet chocolate and peanut glaze R$26), a new addition to the menu.

The store is located in Barra da Tijuca and accepts orders for delivery and catering for corporate events.
