Turrón Festival 2026: Discover the new flavors of the Peruvian sweet

The 2026 Turrón Festival will showcase new versions of the traditional sweet, from ice cream to innovative cookies.

The 2026 Turrón Festival will be one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of October, bringing together classic and innovative Peruvian turrón offerings. In addition to the traditional Doña Pepa turrón, attendees will be able to discover new recipes, flavors, and formats inspired by this iconic sweet treat.

For all lovers of traditional sweets, the highly anticipated Turrón & Dulces Festival 2026 will take place from October 7th to 11th at Pasaje Porta, Miraflores.

This grand celebration brings together the talent and dedication of renowned nougat masters and small artisan producers from different places, each with their own techniques, recipes and a very particular vision on how to enhance the traditional flavor.

This year's novelty does not seek to displace the classic recipe we all know, but to demonstrate that a consolidated tradition can also grow, experiment, take risks and win over new generations with totally avant-garde proposals.

New flavors of Peruvian nougat at the festival

Among the most outstanding options at the nougat event are the eye-catching Nut Nougat—which combines pecans, almonds, chestnuts, peanuts, and dried fruit—and the refreshing Passion Fruit Nougat, whose artisanal honey gives it a unique citrus touch. For those who prefer alternatives with Andean roots, the Andean Nougat incorporates superfoods such as kiwicha, cañihua, and quinoa, while cacao lovers can indulge in the Chocolate Nougat with its exquisite ganache-based honey.

The list of traditional sweets continues with Sesame Nougat with passionfruit honey, Keto Nougat made with almonds, flaxseed, and coconut, and Healthy Nougat prepared with yucca, rice, and coconut. Also included are cutting-edge alternatives such as Matcha, Lemon Verbena, and Lime Nougat, whole-grain and vegan options free of milk and eggs, and exotic fusions like Purple Corn Nougat, which brings together the classic aromas of chicha morada with notes of pineapple, cinnamon, and clove.

Innovative formats to enjoy nougat

The 2026 Turrón Festival invites you to discover turrón in modern formats, perfect for enjoying at any time of day and taking sweetness to another level. Attendees can savor exquisite turrón ice creams, convenient and creamy spoonable treats, and even innovative New York-style turrón-flavored cookies, among many other confectionery creations.

It is an open invitation to try, compare, debate and find new favorites, without ever neglecting that endearing little taste that every October reminds us why we love to celebrate our roots.
