Flowine rated this recipe 5/5, 7 years ago: Very good. I prefer it without the bacon (a bit too salty for my taste). I add roasted chickpeas with curry and turmeric (instead of croutons ).

Amandimix rated this recipe 5/5, 7 years and 10 months ago. Just one word: excellent, my husband even told me I could make it every week I didn't add the bacon but I added small cubes of chorizo that I sautéed in a pan... Top notch.
NathalieH rated this recipe 5/5, 9 years and 10 months ago. I only used 400g of water and 60g of cream, and I didn't add the bacon. I like it when it's nice and velvety. A variation with the addition of 250g of chestnuts. Delicious.
Laurence37 rated this recipe 5/5, 9 years ago: Very good! You'll need a large, strong knife to cut the pumpkin!
mariaknight rated this recipe 5/5, 3 years and 11 months ago: A simple yet delicious treat! One butternut squash with the skin on, about 850g, and no bacon. Otherwise, everything is the same. I approve!

Aurélie Ronsin rated this recipe 5/5, 6 years and 10 months ago. A treat, well I didn't know, I removed the skin, oh well, it will give me the opportunity to make it again. I didn't have 700g of butternut squash so I added two carrots.
Biques rated this recipe 5/5, 2 years and 11 months ago. A healthy version for us: half a butternut squash…3 carrots…1 potato for this delicious creamy soup. AND nutmeg to give it that special flavor. Thank you for sharing.
Nadinemarie rated this recipe 5/5 ten months ago. After making bread to use up the leftover butternut squash, I made this creamy soup. Instead of crème fraîche, I used a dairy product. It was a very good soup, and I didn't add any salt, thankfully. Thank you, Jeanne.
