"Baked oats" is, as the name suggests, baked oatmeal. Baked oats are reminiscent of a small cake, but can actually be eaten for breakfast or enjoyed as a healthier dessert, depending on what you put in it and as a topping. Baked oats can be varied endlessly. If you have 3 eggs, 3 bananas, baking powder and oatmeal, you can, for example, add grated carrot and spices, and you have something similar to a carrot cake. Or add berries and nuts and you have a delicious breakfast. Try it out and find your favorite. If you want to eat baked oats for an occasion other than breakfast, you can top the delight with chocolate buttons and salted caramel.
