Date and oat biscuits

  • 150 g Dates (without stones)
  • 50 g bitter cocoa powder
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 60 ml Water

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Blend the dates with the water until you obtain a creamy puree.

Add the bitter cocoa and mix well.

Gradually add the oat flakes, making sure to obtain a smooth mixture.

Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

We lightly press each ball to form biscuits.

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cookies are firm to the touch. Let them cool completely before enjoying.
