Ingredients · Servings 4
  • flour - 500 grams
  • walnuts - 300 grams (ground)
  • eggs - 4 pieces
  • sugar - 150 grams
  • baking powder - 1 packet (10 g)
  • marmalade - 200 grams
  • chocolate - 100 grams
  • honey - 1/2 tsp.
  • vanilla - 1 packet (2 g)
  • oil - 1/2 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp.
Method · 35 min
  1. Beat the eggs together with the sugar. Add the cinnamon, honey, oil and vanilla.
  2. Start adding the flour with baking powder in parts until you get a medium-hard dough.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the dough.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  5. Take out the dough and roll it out into a 1 cm thick crust. Cut out circles and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cookies until done.
  7. Glue the finished gingerbread cookies together with marmalade. Spread them with melted chocolate and roll them well in the ground walnuts.
  8. Let the gingerbread cookies sit overnight - this will soften them and make them even more beautiful.
  9. The glued gingerbread cookies with marmalade and chocolate are ready.
