Classic soft gingerbread cookies
Method of preparation
The products are mixed and mixed with a mixer. Gradually add flour, and when it becomes impossible to work with the mixer, continue by hand.
When the dough is ready, roll it out and flour both sides so it doesn't stick.
Cut out the desired shapes and place them on baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
The finished gingerbread cookies are immediately covered with jam and placed in a closed container that prevents air from penetrating.
At first, when you take them out of the oven, they are soft, but after a few seconds they harden slightly. This is normal, they will soften.
They should not turn red, because they will become hard! In this case, add apple slices to the container with the gingerbread and close the lid, and after a few hours they will be soft.
I like to make them in the evening and make the kids happy in the morning.
Even though I'm a fan of chocolate, they taste best with marmalade or homemade apple jam.
