Manti - delicious dough bags with minced meat (with Video)

- flour - 500 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- sparkling water - 200 ml or regular water
- salt - a pinch
- minced beef - 500 g
- red pepper - 5 g

- garlic - 2 cloves
- onion - 1 head
- butter - 50 g
- red pepper - 5 g

- yogurt - 200 g

Method · 7 min
- Mix the ingredients for the dough and knead into a stiff dough. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for half an hour.
- Chop the onion and garlic and add them to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper, paprika and parsley, which we chop very finely.
- Roll out the dough into a thin rectangular sheet. Cut out small squares from it.
- In the middle of each square, add a small ball of minced meat.
- We take one end of each square and glue it to the opposite end. Then we take the other two opposite ends and glue them together. You can see it clearly in the video.
- Cook the prepared manti in boiling, salted water for about 5 minutes.
- For the dressing, mix the yogurt with the minced garlic and season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the red pepper. This will make two sauces.
- Place the cooked Manti in a deep plate and pour over the yogurt and butter with paprika. Enjoy!
