Kiwi tart: the easy recipe

This delicious winter tart is sure to tantalize your taste buds. So simple, it's perfect for even novice cooks. Guaranteed success!

Ingredients · Servings 6 people
  • 1 unit puff pastry
  • 350g kiwi
  • 125g liquid cream (15% fat)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 30g granulated sugar
Method · 15 min
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Unroll the ready-made pastry and place it, along with its parchment paper, in a tart tin. Trim the excess paper, leaving a 2 cm (3/4 inch) border. Prick the base of the tart with a fork. Sprinkle the pastry base with brown sugar.
  2. Peel the kiwis and slice them into rounds. Arrange them on the brown sugar and bake for 15 minutes at 220°C.
  3. While your tart is baking, whisk the cream with the egg yolk and sugar. After 15 minutes of baking, pour this mixture over the kiwis and return to the oven for 10 minutes.

  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar 30 g
