Kid-friendly: Yogurt and fruit ice pops

Eating ice cream is of course delicious, but not always very healthy. However, making your own ice cream is very trendy these days, and then you decide for yourself which ingredients to use. I recently made kid-friendly yogurt fruit popsicles using only fruit and Greek yogurt.

To make it even more appealing to the little ones, I used ZOKU Polar Pops. These are ice pop molds in the shape of cute characters that live at the North Pole, such as a polar bear, a penguin, and a walrus. Super fun! It works very simply; the only thing you need is a little patience. The ice pops need to be in the freezer for a few hours before they are ready. And then you have tasty and healthy ice pops that look good enough to eat too.

Ingredients for 6 ice creams

300 grams of Greek yogurt

300 grams of fruit, for example mango, banana and strawberry

Optionally 1 tbsp honey

This is how you make it

Put the yogurt and the fruit in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Optionally add some honey for those with a sweet tooth.

Pour the mixture into the Zoku Polar Pop mold up to the fill line.

Insert the stick into the shape. Pay attention to the mark on the stick. It must match the mark on the shape. Otherwise, you'll end up with a penguin with polar bear legs.

Place the mold in the freezer for at least 8 hours.

Take the mold out of the freezer. Remove the ice cream by twisting the stick. This is super easy. The ice creams are not too big, ideal for the kids.

Yum Mango Yogurt Popsicles!

And these banana fruit ice pops are also delicious! Enjoy!
