Chicken Meatballs

2 cloves of garlic

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs – panko

Salt

1 tablespoon of butter

Salt

Black pepper

  • 300 ml cream – 1.5 cups

For the meatballs: Dice the chicken breasts into cubes. Add the diced chicken, fresh onions, parsley, garlic, breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper to your food processor and blend until it becomes a minced mixture. Form walnut-sized round meatballs from the prepared mixture. Heat a pan on the stove. Place the meatballs in the pan and cook them on all sides. Just before removing from the heat, add olive oil and turn them over. Set the cooked meatballs aside.

For the sauce: Add olive oil to the pan where you cooked the meatballs. Add the finely chopped onions and cook until softened. Then add the finely chopped mushrooms and stir. Once the mushrooms have released their water, add the butter and cream and stir. Add salt and pepper and stir. Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and cook for another 10-15 minutes before serving.
