Aldonza Gourmet and its gastronomic proposal arrive in Mexico
From the heart of Castilla-La Mancha, Aldonza Gourmet arrives in Mexico with a gastronomic offering that combines origin, quality, and authenticity.
Aldonza originated in the municipality of Munera, in Albacete, an area with a strong agricultural tradition, located in the landscape that inspired Miguel de Cervantes to write Don Quixote. In this unique environment, the brand cultivates more than 2,100 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and saffron fields. The land lies within a nature reserve that boasts the world's largest concentration of Juniperus sabina (juniper), a wild plant that contributes to the distinctive character of the ecosystem and, consequently, of its products.
The name Aldonza is a nod to the region's cultural heritage: a tribute to the literary character who embodies Don Quixote's idealized love, but also to the land, to constant effort, and to the value of one's roots. This identity is reflected in every product: signature wines with character, cold-pressed olive oil, high-purity saffron harvested by hand, and cheeses that preserve traditional aging methods.
Its arrival in Mexico responds to the growing interest in authentic and traceable ingredients.
