Fleischer Restobar is closing, but will soon return with a new concept
In a message posted on their social media page, they wrote that when they opened Fleischer, they wanted to create a place where, in addition to exciting flavors, shared experiences also play a decisive role.
After the three-week closure, however, a completely new Fleischer's will be welcoming guests. According to the announcement, they will be moving forward with a new kitchen and new energy, although details have not yet been released.
It turned out that the change also affects the team: according to the post, the current period means saying goodbye to several colleagues, including chef Zsanett Barna, whose work was specially thanked. Details of the new concept are expected to be announced by the reopening on August 27.
