Lamb's lettuce with skyr-mustard dressing

- 200 g Sugar
- 2 teaspoons of mustard (center section)
- 2 tbsp dill (chopped)
- 1 TL Honig
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 toes of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of water
- Salt
- Pfeffer
- 200 g lamb's lettuce
- 2 Owner
- 2 small red onions
- 1 Avocado
- 20 g walnuts
- 0.5 pack of garden cress

- For the salad: Wash the lamb's lettuce. Slice the onions into rings. Snip the garden cress with kitchen scissors. Chop the walnuts. Cut the avocado into pieces. Boil two eggs and slice them. Arrange everything in a bowl or on plates.
- For the dressing: Chop the dill and press the garlic. Then mix all the ingredients (skyr, dill, garlic, water, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar and mustard) together and pour over the salad.
A light dressing with little fat but plenty of protein. Ideal for athletes and anyone who wants to eat consciously. For even more protein, add chicken breast strips.

Then mix all the ingredients (skyr, dill, garlic, water, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, and mustard) together and pour over the salad. 200 g skyr, 2 tsp mustard, 2 tbsp chopped dill, 1 tsp honey, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 2 cloves garlic, 3 tbsp water, salt, pepper.
