Refreshing Floral Infusions: Say goodbye to the heat!

Are you tired of the heat? It seems like it will never end and it's incredibly oppressive. But don't worry, we've found a temporary solution. With these 3 recipes for refreshing flower-infused waters, you'll have the opportunity to hydrate naturally and with excellent nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 L Water
  • 5 tbsp dried lavender
  • 3 Lemons
  • Sweetener
  • Ice

Preparation:

  • Cold infuse the lavender in half a liter of water with ice. Approximately half an hour.
  • Strain the infused water into a pitcher.
  • Add lemon juice and sweetener to taste.
  • Add the remaining water and mix thoroughly.
  • Serve with ice and a sprig of lavender.

Ingredients:

  • 1 L Water
  • 2 Roses
  • 1 cup of grapefruit juice
  • Mineral water
  • Sweetener
  • Ice

Preparation:

  • Pluck the rose petals to obtain all the rose petals.
  • Heat water in a pot, add the rose petals and turn off the heat.
  • Let it steep until the water has completely cooled.
  • Strain the infused water into a pitcher with ice.
  • Add the grapefruit juice and sweetener.
  • Mix vigorously until the sweetener dissolves.
  • Add ice and mineral water to the top.
  • Serve with a couple of fresh petals.

Ingredients:

  • 2 L Water
  • 20 Fresh Bougainvillea Flowers
  • 2 Lemons
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Ice

Preparation:

  • Infuse the bougainvillea flowers in hot water for 15 minutes (without direct heat).
  • Let the infused water cool before serving it in a pitcher.
  • Thoroughly mix the water with lemon juice and honey until it is diluted.
  • Add ice and chia seeds to serve.
