The Best Bagels in Las Vegas

The perfect bagel boasts a crispy, crusty exterior; a fluffy, chewy middle; and subtle flavor just salty enough to pair with a heaping scoop of cream cheese.

Life's A Bagel

This Summerlin bakery boasts some of the best bagels in the Las Vegas Valley, with darkened crust, a slightly chewy texture, and subtly salty and sweet bagels that pair nicely with cream cheese, lox, red onion, and capers. Wash it all down with coffee or homemade lemonade or iced tea. For those looking for a little extra lox action, order the lox platter which is served as an open-faced bagel sandwich with plenty of lox on both halves.

Abel’s Bagels

Bagels here are boiled and baked to resemble their New York counterparts, then sandwiched with cream cheese or deli meats. Hot sandwiches with eggs and a choice of breakfast meat are also available. Alongside the sandwiches, this bagel shop also has a robust menu of smoothies, acai bowls, and customizable juice blends.

The Bagel Cafe

The Bagel Cafe bakes big and chewy New York-style bagels that are as satisfying on their own as they are topped with the usual accouterments. Choose from more than 10 cream cheese options to spread on top like scallion, cinnamon raisin walnut, olive pimento, garlic cheddar, and strawberry. Vegan cream cheese is also available for those avoiding dairy.

Sadelle's

For a fancier take on a bagel and cream cheese, New York transplant Sadelle’s at the Bellagio introduces the bagel tower. With tiers of tomato slices, smoked salmon, fresh dill, and crunchy cucumber, assemble your bagel while looking over the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. This is peak Instagrammable breakfast, so make sure the camera eats, too.

New York Bagel N Bakery

This downtown bakery is open early for bagel fiends looking for a fresh, hot bagel first thing in the morning. New York Bagel N Bakery does the classics well with a satisfying bagel and cream cheese, and breakfast bagels loaded with bacon or other breakfast meats. Make sure to try the pastrami and eggs bagel sandwich, which adds in smoky, salty sliced pastrami. Options more fit for lunch include egg salad and corned beef served on a bagel.

Siegel's Bagelmania

This Vegas bagel shop comes out of the gate strong with a name like Bagelmania. Luckily, the boiled and baked rounds live up to the name. Located conveniently next to the Las Vegas Convention Center, Bagelmania offers a bagel for every palate with varieties like cheddar, garlic, salt, onion, and pretzel. Add on lox or chive schmear to make it a meal.

El Bagel

This Miami-based bagel shop has found a Las Vegas home for its hand-rolled, boiled, and baked bagels in the food hall at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Order bagel sandwiches loaded with brown sugar bacon, eggs, and American cheese or with smoked lox, cucumber, dill, pickled onion, tomato, capers, cream cheese. With the food hall location, there’s usually plenty of seating, so its easy to enjoy bagel sandwiches here on-site.

Great Buns Bakery

Great Buns Bakery also has some pretty great bagels. Open since 1982, this commercial bakery is also open to the public looking to pick up croissants, brownies, cherry tarts, and of course bagels. Daily bagel options available include plain, cinnamon raisin, poppy, and sesame.

Weiss Deli

This Henderson Jewish deli makes bagels that are best enjoyed as part of a sandwich. Available toppings include veggies, corned beef hash, omelets, and cheese. Full breakfasts, including pancake stacks and egg Benedicts, are available, too, to have on-site before grabbing bagels to go.
