Eggs stuffed with nduja
Procedure
As you can see from the minimal ingredients, this recipe is incredibly easy and quick to prepare. You can make it immediately or up to 30 minutes in advance. Place a small saucepan of water on the stove and, when it begins to boil, gently lower the eggs into the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and place the saucepan with the eggs under running water. Let them cool completely before peeling them. Once they're cool, gently peel off the skins and repeat with the remaining eggs. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks from each egg, placing them in a small bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork, then add the 'nduja and finely chopped oregano. (I used fresh oregano, but dried oregano is also fine.) Stir the mixture well until it becomes a nice cream. Now put the resulting cream in a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle and fill the eggs. Merry Christmas 🎄.
