Heat the water and dissolve the yeast, add the oil, transfer everything to the mixer, add half a kilo of flour and begin kneading. While the beaters continue to run, add the remaining flour.
This time I realized that 300 ml of water wasn't enough, so I added a little water and another drop of oil until the dough was soft and smooth to the touch.
I divided the dough in half; I let half of it rise to make my usual homemade bread, and I put the other half back in the mixer with the pitted olives and walnuts.
I formed regular balls of 60 g each, left them to rise for about an hour and a half, made some light cuts, and baked them in a static oven at 250° for half an hour.
