Stuffed meatloaf in crust

In a bowl, I mixed with a spoon 500g of minced beef and 200g of minced pork, 1 egg, parmesan cheese to taste, salt and pepper.

I placed the meat on the ready-made, rectangular shortcrust pastry and on top of it some diced smoked scarmorza cheese.

I rolled up the shortcrust pastry, closed the ends, brushed it with egg yolk and made some incisions on it.

I baked it in a preheated oven at 180° for 45 minutes.

Once baked, I waited a few minutes before serving.
