Muffin with chocolate heart

  • 100 ml Latte
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 50 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g Hazelnut cream
  • 200 g 00 flour
  • 8 g baking powder

To prepare the chocolate heart, place spoonfuls of cream on baking paper in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Then add the oil and milk and mix again.

Add the flour and yeast and mix the mixture.

Pour a few spoonfuls of batter into the bottom of the muffin tins and add the frozen cream center.

Place the paper cups in a muffin pan and pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into each one (2/3 of the cup).

Cover with the remaining dough and bake your chocolate heart muffins at 180 degrees in static mode for 25 minutes.

The toothpick test always applies.
