Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices, then place them in a saucepan and cook them with very little water. Once cooked, blend them until they become a puree and let them cool.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, gradually add the oil and milk, continuing to beat.

Also add the apple puree and mix well.

Sift the dry ingredients, baking powder, and salt into the mixture and mix with an electric whisk.

Finally, add the spices and the citrus peel.

Butter and flour a baking pan, cut the apple into thin slices without peeling it, sprinkle with a little granulated sugar and pour in the mixture.

Bake in a preheated static oven at 180° for approximately 45 minutes, testing with a toothpick.

And how do you spend your Sunday? Do you manage to steal some time to do what you love?

I wish you a good evening and a good start to the week .
