Roasted pointed cabbage with Caesar dressing

Roasted pointed cabbage with Caesar dressing! That's something different from a Caesar salad for a change.

Ingredients · Servings 2 people
  • 1 pointed cabbage
  • 40 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons of quark
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • lemon juice
  • 3 ansjovisfilets
  • 1 tl worchestershiresaus
Method · 45 min
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Cut the pointed cabbage into quarters.
  3. Melt the butter in a large frying pan until it starts to bubble.
  4. Add the pointed cabbage quarters and fry them for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the pointed cabbage to a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper. Roast the cabbage quarters for 30 minutes until tender.
  6. Mix the yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, anchovy fillets, and Worcestershire sauce together using an immersion blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Spread the Caesar dressing over the roasted pointed cabbage on a nice flat platter.
