Roasted pointed cabbage with Caesar dressing
Roasted pointed cabbage with Caesar dressing! That's something different from a Caesar salad for a change.
Ingredients · Servings 2 people
- 1 pointed cabbage
- 40 g butter
- 2 tablespoons of quark
- 1 tsp mustard
- lemon juice
- 3 ansjovisfilets
- 1 tl worchestershiresaus
Method · 45 min
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Cut the pointed cabbage into quarters.
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan until it starts to bubble.
- Add the pointed cabbage quarters and fry them for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer the pointed cabbage to a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper. Roast the cabbage quarters for 30 minutes until tender.
- Mix the yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, anchovy fillets, and Worcestershire sauce together using an immersion blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread the Caesar dressing over the roasted pointed cabbage on a nice flat platter.
