While you bring the water for the pasta to the boil, prepare the soffritto with oil, chili pepper, garlic and shallot.
Fry the cleaned and gutted prawns. Deglaze with the wine.
Add the tomato sauce and oregano, salt and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta and blend the burrata with a little of the cooking water. Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce, plate, and pour the burrata cream over the pasta.
