Procedure

Unroll the puff pastry and spread the artichoke cream over it, leaving a 1 cm border.

We arrange the slices of cooked ham over the entire surface.

Add the grated scamorza.

We close the roll at the short end using the baking paper, and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes, so it will be easier to cut.

Once the time has passed, cut them into slices about 2 cm thick and arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake on the middle shelf of the oven at 180°C in fan-assisted mode or at 190°C in static mode for approximately 25 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool before serving.
