Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Biscotti

I love a snack with my coffee, and during the fall, there’s no pairing quite as perfect as these pumpkin spice chocolate chip biscotti.

My favorite thing about biscotti? You can make them ahead and enjoy them as a sweet afternoon treat or morning breakfast for weeks! Once made, simply store in an airtight container at room temperature, and they should last for around three weeks.
