Marinated Stuffed Peppers
Peel the onion and garlic, then chop finely.
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Peel the onion and garlic, then chop finely. Pour two tablespoons of oil into the frying pan. Place on the stove and heat. Add the prepared vegetables and sauté over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the dry-cured ham into small cubes. Add it to the pan with the fried onions and garlic and fry for 3 minutes. Now add the ground meat. Stirring frequently with a spatula and breaking up any lumps, fry until the color changes from red to grayish.
Step 3
Remove the mince from the heat and let it cool. In a separate bowl, beat two eggs lightly with a fork. Pour them into the cooled mince, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir.
Step 4
Remove the marinated peppers from the jar. Dry them thoroughly with paper towels. Then, very carefully, being careful not to damage the peppers, fill them with the prepared ground meat.
Step 5
Place flour in a bowl. Beat the remaining eggs in a deep bowl with a fork. Dredge the marinated peppers stuffed with meat first in flour, then dip them in the egg, and then dredge them again in flour. Quickly fry on all sides in the remaining oil.
