Udon noodles with vegetables and teriyaki sauce
You don't have to go to a restaurant to enjoy good Asian food anymore. With this recipe, you can prepare great udon noodles with vegetables and teriyaki sauce at home. You can achieve the perfect taste by using quality ingredients and the right combination of Asian sauces.
Ingredients · Servings 4
- 400 g udon pasta
- salt (as needed)
- 300 g lean beef
- oil (as needed)
- 200 ml teriyaki sauce
- 2 carrots
- 2 peppers
- 100 g fresh broccoli
- 100 g bean pods
- with
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- oyster sauce (to taste, optional)
Method · 45 min
- Cut the beef into cubes or strips (depending on your preference). Then fry the meat in a pan with a drop of oil until it is browned.
- Cook the udon noodles in boiling salted water. The noodles will be ready in about 3 minutes, so you need to watch them so they don't overcook.
- Clean and cut the vegetables – carrots and peppers into strips, halve the beans so they are not too long. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
- Remove the meat from the pan and sauté all the vegetables in a frying pan, adding oil as needed.
- After about 5 minutes, add the meat back to the vegetables and sauté for about 3 more minutes. Add the honey, teriyaki sauce and after about 2 minutes the cooked noodles. Season with soy sauce or oyster sauce.
- Mix everything well and serve immediately.
