Recipe for a soft and tasty mascarpone cake

  • 150g of mascarpone
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 1 tsp liquid vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g of flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
Method · 55 min
  1. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
  2. Next, add the flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased mold.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
  5. And there you have it, your mascarpone cake is ready!
