Duck cutlets in the oven
Duck cutlets are very juicy and delicious. Since duck ground meat is quite fatty, I don't recommend frying these cutlets; it's better to bake them in the oven. You can make the duck ground meat yourself by removing the meat from the duck carcass, which, of course, takes some time. However, if you find ready-made duck ground meat at the store, you'll spend minimal time; the oven will do the rest.

Cooking process
Gather all the ingredients according to the list for cooking duck cutlets in the oven.
Grate the onion or use a blender.
Combine the duck mince with chopped onion, breadcrumbs, add salt, pepper and mustard.
Knead the cutlet mixture thoroughly and leave for half an hour to allow the breadcrumbs to swell.
Using wet hands, form patties, place them in a baking dish and pour about two cups of water into the patties.
Place the duck cutlets in a preheated oven (180°C) and cook for about 40-60 minutes (depending on your oven). The remaining sauce will serve as an excellent accompaniment to the golden brown and juicy cutlets.
Oven-baked duck cutlets are ready to serve!
