Tourist spread

Looking for a quick and filling spread for dinner, a snack, or a treat for a visitor? Grate boiled eggs with tourist salami, combine them with processed cheese, butter, mustard, and tartar sauce, and you're done in no time.

Ingredients · Servings 1 dose
  • 100 g of tourist salami
  • 50 g softened butter
  • 70 g of processed cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-2 tablespoons tartar sauce
  • 2-4 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 small onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • salt
Method · 30 min
  1. Place the eggs in boiling water and cook them hard for 10 minutes. Then cool them quickly in cold water and peel them.
  2. Grate the tourist salami on a coarse grater. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and mince the garlic. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
  3. Put the softened butter and melted cheese in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  4. Add mustard, tartar sauce, grated salami, egg, onion and garlic. Mix everything thoroughly. Add salt to taste.
  5. Let the spread rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
