Chocolate cantucci recipe
To prepare these sweets, start by placing the sugar, eggs, sifted cocoa powder, flour, softened butter, vanilla, and baking powder in a bowl and mix quickly, then add the almonds. Finish kneading until the mixture is smooth.
We make two loaves and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leave them to cook in a hot oven at 180° for about 25 minutes.
Once the baking time is up, remove the cantucci from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes. Cut them diagonally with a knife to form biscuits. Then return them to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the biscuits cool before serving.
Enjoy your break or breakfast!
