Easy crepe recipe

6 pers.

Ingredients · Servings 6
  • 250g Flour
  • 50 cl Milk
  • 3 Egg(s)
  • 50g Powdered sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt
Method · 10 min
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center and crack in the eggs. Mix in a circular motion from the center outwards. Gradually pour in the milk, then add the vanilla sugar. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Using a cotton ball, lightly oil the bottom of your crepe pan and heat it over high heat. Once hot, pour in a ladleful of batter and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  3. Stack the crepes on a plate, optionally covering them with a clean tea towel to keep them warm!

We get just as much pleasure from flipping them as from eating them. With or without a bowl of cider, the crêpe always goes the extra mile to delight us! While it's a must-have on Candlemas, it's also a welcome addition to all festive occasions. From afternoon tea to birthdays, not forgetting the famous "crêpe party," no one can resist it.
