Baked swordfish

- 2 swordfish steaks
- 75 g of red cherry tomatoes
- 75 g of yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of capers

Method · 20 min
- Place your fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a little oil. Now wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
- Transfer them to the fish and add capers, parsley, salt and a drizzle of oil.
- Then cook in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Your baked swordfish is ready to be brought to the table.
