Baked swordfish

Baked swordfish is a tasty and colorful way to bring this delicious fish to the table. Capers, parsley, and a little extra virgin olive oil delicately flavor the fish without drying it out during baking. A light and quick dish to make, it's a must-try!

Ingredients · Servings 2 people
  • 2 swordfish steaks
  • 75 g of red cherry tomatoes
  • 75 g of yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • parsley
  • sale
  • extra virgin olive oil
Method · 20 min
  1. Place your fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a little oil. Now wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  2. Transfer them to the fish and add capers, parsley, salt and a drizzle of oil.
  3. Then cook in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  4. Your baked swordfish is ready to be brought to the table.
