Petroni gave this recipe 5/5 stars 3 years and 4 months ago. It has a beautiful orange color and a delicious pepper flavor. It's quick to prepare, which is perfect when you get back from a 15km hike and your sweetheart is starving. Wholemeal pasta served with homemade vegan parmesan I blended it for 10 seconds at speed 6 because I wanted a bit more texture.

Naturailes rated this recipe 5/5, 2 years and 2 months ago A simple little recipe for this Monday I added a zucchini because I didn't have enough tomatoes. With a little Parmesan and basil, it was delicious Simple, quick, natural, and tasty—that suits me perfectly Have a lovely day everyone, and to all the cookomouettes

Sylvie gave this recipe 5/5 three years ago: "A very good sauce to accompany pasta. I blended it for 10 seconds at speed 5 to keep some chunks of pepper . Next time, I'll double the quantities for the sauce I have a bumper crop of peppers in my garden, I'm going to have a stockpile in the freezer. Thank you for sharing."

BobbieRookmoot rated this recipe 5/5, 4 months and 1 week ago. I didn't blend it at the end, I like it when there are chunks Thank you Jenny.

emi_eml rated this recipe 5/5, 3 years and 3 months ago. This sauce is… DIVINE Very quick and easy to make, I think I'll make it again to accompany meat dishes. I followed the comments for the last blending step, which is 20 seconds at speed 5. I then added a few small pieces of Comté cheese and some oregano.

A real burst of sunshine on a plate I couldn't resist these long red bell peppers from the South at the market (I can never remember their name ) and they worked wonders in this recipe! A few tweaks: => 200g of bell peppers to 200g of tomatoes => a tsp of salt to spice things up => a two-stage blend (10 seconds at speed 6 then 10 seconds at speed 8) for a perfect texture. => I added a pinch of oregano instead of basil. And there you have it! A sweet, fragrant sauce, bursting with sunshine Easy, quick, and so delicious. Thank you for this great idea .

Pépita gave this recipe 5/5, 3 years and 3 months ago. Thank you for the recipe, Jenny! I made it with vegetables from my zero-waste basket. So, the tomatoes weren't cherry tomatoes and the bell pepper was green. But it was very good I served these pasta dishes with grilled tofu with a barbecue marinade .

socuisinette rated this recipe 5/5, 1 year and 3 months ago. Perfect, I replaced the pasta with quinoa and chickpeas.

c00ki rated this recipe 5/5, 3 years and 3 months ago. Another sauce for my recipe book I followed the recipe exactly except for the basil, which I added directly to the bowl with the tomatoes and peppers. Delicious

Aurely79 rated this recipe 5/5, 2 years and 12 months ago. Our garden is giving us lovely tomatoes and beautiful, bright red peppers. And I stumbled upon this tomato and pepper recipe, perfect for my shepherd's pie. The sauce is excellent We have more tomatoes and peppers, and without hesitation, I'll make more and freeze it for this winter.
