Pinch with burrata

Pinsa with burrata – Ever heard of a pinsa? A pinsa is a kind of cross between a pizza and a focaccia. We top the pinsa with burrata, tomato, and Serrano ham. Very tasty on a charcuterie board, for lunch, or with a cup of soup, for example.

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 1 cousin (afbak)
  • 3 the pesto
  • 1 was burrata
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 slices of Serrano ham
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • fresh basil
  • 1 (rode) ui
Method · 15 min
  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the packaging. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the pinsa on the baking sheet. Spread the pinsa with pesto.
  3. Slice the tomato and the onion into half rings.
  4. Top the pinsa with the tomato and onion.
  5. Bake the pinsa in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the pinsa from the oven and top with burrata, Serrano ham, and fresh basil.
