Bruschetta with burrata
persons:
Ingredients · Servings 4
- 8 slices of baguette
- 4 bowls of burrata
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 15 g fresh basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Method · 15 min
- Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Finely chop a clove of garlic and add it to the tomatoes. Season the tomatoes with some olive oil, pepper, and salt. Set aside.
- Cut the bread into 8 thick slices and brush both sides with some olive oil. Grill the bread on both sides until golden brown in a contact grill or grill pan.
- Next, rub a whole garlic clove over the bruschettas. This gives the toast a delicious garlic flavor.
- Spread half a ball of burrata over each slice of bread. Spread a spoonful of the marinated tomatoes over it. Continue in the same way with the other 7 slices of bread.
- Garnish the bruschettas with fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil, and optionally a pinch of salt and pepper.
