Tomatoes, crème fraîche and herbs

You can quickly make a delicious toast with tomato, crème fraîche, and herbs by sautéing ripe tomatoes in butter, topping them with rich crème fraîche, and serving them on toasted sourdough bread with fresh basil. This recipe is taken from Edouard de Pommian's book, "Cooking in 10 Minutes."
